AVOSS Strengthening Community Safety
Partnering for Safer Neighborhoods
Collaborations That Strengthen Our Community
As High Point’s work expanded, we recognized another challenge: no single organization can meet every need of every person.
That realization led High Point to create the Antelope Valley One-Stop Shop (AVOSS).
AVOSS is High Point’s collaborative service-delivery platform that brings government agencies, healthcare providers, schools, faith communities, nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, and other service providers together in one accessible setting.
Through AVOSS, residents can connect with resources related to counseling, housing, employment, education, reentry, health, family support, vital needs, and other services without having to independently navigate multiple disconnected systems.
Multi-Agency Support
High Point's AVOSS provides coordinated multi-agency support by bringing trusted community partners together to address residents’ interconnected needs in one accessible setting.
Wrap-Around Services
Effective wrap-around partnerships ensure that individuals and families receive coordinated, comprehensive support across multiple areas of need.
Co-Case Management
Co-case management enables partner agencies to coordinate services, share responsibility, and provide seamless support tailored to each client’s needs.
Reentry Services
Our reentry services and partners help returning citizens access housing, employment, counseling, and supportive services needed for a successful transition back into the community.
Family Wrap-Around Servicers
Our family wraparound service partners provide coordinated support that strengthens families, addresses essential needs, and promotes long-term stability.
Holistic servicing is a priority.

Community Health

Vital Needs
Through partnerships with service providers that address vital needs, High Point connects individuals and families to food, clothing, diapers, and other essential resources.
Multiple Agencies - One Stop
The Antelope Valley One-Stop Shop (AVOSS) allows High Point to extend its direct-service capacity through a broader network of community partners.
High Point may directly serve and navigate a participant while simultaneously connecting that individual or family with specialized services from trusted partner organizations. When appropriate, coordinated and co-case-management approaches help reduce fragmentation and improve continuity of support.
AVOSS is therefore more than a resource fair. It is a
community access and coordination strategy built around relationships, accessibility, dignity, and collective responsibility.
High Point Beleives in rehabilitation, forgiveness and redemption.
