BIG small Stuff
The Big-Small Stuff Initiative is designed to address everyday barriers that can prevent individuals and families from moving forward by providing immediate access to essential items, including identification documents, hygiene supplies, work clothing, transportation assistance, food, textbooks, and other critical necessities.
By meeting urgent needs quickly and compassionately, the initiative helps participants remain focused on long-term goals like securing employment, obtaining housing, continuing their education, and successfully reintegrating into the community.

Workforce Development
High Point’s Workforce Development Jobs Bootcamp equips participants with practical job-readiness skills, including résumé development, interview preparation, workplace communication, and professional expectations.
Through individualized coaching and connections to employment opportunities, participants gain the confidence and tools needed to secure and sustain meaningful work.
